Goal! Recently, our Lifestyle team introduced some new activities to their program at Regis Elermore Vale. The highlight so far? Noodle Hockey, of course! As you can see from the photos, this has nothing to do with the tasty food dish but is soccer with pool noodles and an inflatable ball. Game one of the five-a-side competition was fierce, with some incredible goals that would have made both Messi and Ronaldo blush. Our Regis Referee handed out no yellow or red cards and reported a fair game with plenty of fun.
Points go to our Lifestyle team for putting together this wonderfully creative afternoon which was a massive hit. We love engaging our residents in regular physical activity. While promoting many health benefits, we also think they had a fabulous time. Both resident teams are already in training and strategising for the next game on the fixture. Game on!
