The 2022 NRL Footy Tipping competition at Regis Sandgate Lucinda was a fantastic success, with many residents joining in on the fun. JR, one of our residents, kept everyone up to date on their weekly scores and facilitated the competition. JR and Jimmy were neck-and-neck for the majority of the season, however, Jimmy nudged forward and claimed victory at the Home!
During one of our regular footy tipping catch-ups, JR suggested introducing a wall plaque; everyone at the Home agreed that it would be a great incentive. Jimmy was moved to tears when Kathleen, our Lifestyle Coordinator, arranged for a group presentation at the end of the season with Gus, our General Manager.
