Bipana Hamal’s role may be Receptionist at Regis Chelmer, but visitors would be forgiven for thinking that she holds several other roles at the same time. While she’s a superstar at the front desk and greets clients with her exceptional communication and customer service skills, Bipana has shown that she is a master of all trades.
Bipana’s customer service, organisational skills and work ethic are a wonder to witness. Day in and day out, visitors and residents are quick to share with management at Regis Chelmer their glowing feedback of Bipana’s friendly and efficient service. Bipana’s kind nature during their most trying times is something that families and loved ones cherish and are endlessly grateful for. She is ready to help, and Chelmer’s residents are only too happy to receive it.
Bipana treats everyone with dignity and respect. Her role is not an easy one; being the first impression of a home can be challenging, but Bipana goes above and beyond and greets residents and families with a welcoming smile. Her professionalism ensures that she leads from the front and sets the standard for what a Regis employee should aspire to by prioritising residents and clients.
