Regis Brighton is a small, family-friendly Home located just a 6-minute drive from Melbourne’s iconic Brighton beach, and moments away from Bay Street’s vibrant shopping precinct.

As an aged care Club Services Home, Regis Brighton offers first-class amenities and services for residents to enjoy. Our catering features our Club Service menu with all meals cooked onsite by our chef, and our onsite café and central garden courtyard are perfect locations to share good food and company with loved ones. An underground carpark makes parking easy and reliable for visitors.

Meet Gaurav – Lifestyle Coordinator at Regis Brighton

Gaurav Chhabra has been a valued member of our Regis family for over five years, working his way through various positions and within different Regis Homes. His journey started as a Food Service Assistant at Regis Blackburn in 2015, then three years later, Gaurav was offered a position as a Lifestyle Assistant. Fast forward to 2021, and Gaurav is now a proud Lifestyle Coordinator at Regis Brighton in Victoria.

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, Gaurav starts his day by greeting all our residents and staff, writing up the daily activity boards around the Home, and commencing the morning activities with our residents. Throughout the day, Gaurav is always engaging with our residents, chatting with them and assisting them in their daily lives – from helping them water their plants, to finding them a new book to dive into.

Mealtimes at Regis Brighton

Mealtimes at Regis Brighton are an important part of our resident’s day and it’s essential that we provide choice and freshness to our menu.

Our teams carefully select seasonal, well-sourced produce when designing our menus and residents play a large part in the process. All our recipes are always evolving and are rigorously tested by our chefs and residents before we introduce any new dishes. We understand that variety and choice are important and that’s why we review and monitor resident feedback so that we can offer bespoke menus designed around what our residents enjoy.

A nutritious diet is vital in supporting both our physical health as well as emotional wellbeing. Good food nourishes the body, brings people together, and provides enjoyment in everyday life.

Protecting our community

At Regis Brighton, our highest priority is the health and safety of our residents, employees, and visitors. We pride ourselves on the well-established infection prevention and control measures that we have in place, which create a safe and secure environment for all. In response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has seen disruptions to supply chains and stock procurement, we have established dedicated hubs in Melbourne to store our vital Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

By equipping ourselves with PPE, we can continue to deliver the highest level of care to our residents and clients, even during these difficult times.
