Our first ADVANCE training program was held in Western Australia this month. The ADVANCE program is designed to support Regis’ employees who excel in their current role with further opportunity to develop clinical skills. States run training sessions for up to 6 RN/ENs focusing on developing the skills required to progress to a Clinical Manager position.
