General Manager, Tracy Grigor
Tracy describes her role as “the keeper of equilibrium, balancing the business and human elements within the Home.” She emphasises the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment, stating, “Together we support our residents and loved ones, often through the most difficult circumstances. The sense of belonging and the bonds formed within our Homes are more valuable than gold.”
She finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be “invoking happiness, particularly with those residents who don’t have a circle of family and friends.” Tracy is inspired by the wisdom of elders and feels privileged to be a part of their life stories and experiences.
Clinical Care Manager, Fatima Costes
Clinical Care Manager, Fatima Costes leads the development and implementation of personalised care plans at Regis Camberwell. “My role positively impacts the lives of residents by ensuring high-quality care and a supportive environment,” she explains.
Fatima’s favourite aspect of the new Camberwell Home is the cosy reading nooks. “They create inviting spaces for residents to unwind and enjoy a good book,” she says. She finds it rewarding to enhance residents’ quality of life, comfort, and dignity. Motivated by personal experiences with older loved ones, Fatima has a passion for connecting with different generations.
Chef Manager, Tendai Mandwiro
Tendai is responsible for all kitchen operations, including menu planning, team management, and quality and safety standards. “My role positively impacts our residents by providing highly nutritious, appealing meals tailored to their dietary requirements,” he explains.
Tendai is in awe of the Home’s new and innovative kitchen equipment and finds it rewarding to promote residents’ health and happiness through great food. Inspired by the desire to make a meaningful difference in seniors’ lives, Tendai is dedicated to enhancing their wellbeing through thoughtful care.
Club Services Manager, Patsy Inu-Lene
Patsy provides support and assistance to residents and their families with additional services. “My role helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment, allowing residents to feel supported,” she says.
She finds the most rewarding part of her job to be “building genuine relationships with residents and their families, knowing that I can make a difference in their daily lives.” Inspired by a personal experience with a family member in care, Patsy values the importance of compassion and support for the elderly.

Office Manager, Sarah Tun
Sarah oversees daily office operations such as rostering, administration, and compliance, supporting a productive team environment. She appreciates the natural surroundings of the Home and enjoys being part of the enthusiastic team at Camberwell. Sarah finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be “making a positive impact in residents’ lives and building meaningful relationships.”
