Kingswood’s contemporary refurbishment includes the restoration of the heritage listed Harling House. Harling House was originally built in 1861 housing the Phillipson family, who were the area’s first settlers.
The building exudes old world charm being exceptionally designed as well as conveniently located 6kms from Adelaide CBD with close proximity to Mitcham Shopping Centre, public transport, and community services.
Regis Kingswood offers 100 places with care services such as ageing-in-place, respite care and dementia care. The 5 star aged care facility also features luxury single rooms with en suite, on site chef, a café, private dining room, day spa, hair salon, cinema, library, WiFi and Foxtel.
This facility has been designed to allow for full wheelchair access.
