Rebecca Seton has been a part of Regis Frankston since 2022 and finds great joy in helping residents and their families navigate the transition into aged care through her role as an Admissions Coordinator.

“My role allows me to connect with people at a crucial time in their lives, ensuring they find the right care shaped around their needs,” she said.

Rebecca’s clinical background and understanding of the complexities of aged care make her an invaluable support for families and residents. She leverages her clinical expertise to guide families through the complexities of aged care, from understanding costs and contracts to providing knowledgeable support for specific care needs.

Her career is a testament to her dedication to care, starting off as an Enrolled Nurse in aged care and later working as a paramedic before returning to aged care.

Rebecca’s role is to ensure that every new resident and their family feel welcomed from the moment they step through the door.

“The Home boasts a beautiful layout with large rooms, pretty gardens, and ample space for residents to enjoy. Its proximity to shops, the beach, and medical services adds to the convenience and comfort for residents,” she explains.

For Rebecca, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing residents and families settle into their new home and enjoying its benefits.

“I really enjoy seeing residents and families settle into the home. I’m always checking on the residents I have admitted into care!” she said.
