At Regis Gatton, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences for our residents, and our recent outing to the Blue Mountain Hotel was a day filled with laughter and joy
The Blue Mountain Hotel holds a special place in our hearts. With its heritage-listed building and breathtaking views this local pub has been dubbed “Queensland’s Health Resort.”
Every month, we visit the Blue Care Respite Centre to play bowls and catch up with our community friends Residents told us they wanted more outings with their Blue Care friends, so we organised a lunch outing to the Blue Mountain Hotel. The response was overwhelming with two busloads of excited folks from Regis Gatton and the Blue Care Respite Centre heading uphill towards Harlaxton.
The atmosphere was amazing, the meals were delicious, and the conversations and laughter flowed non-stop. It was a heartwarming experience, with such outings reinforcing the bonds we share with our residents and friends from the community.
