At Regis, we believe life’s most meaningful moments come from shared experiences. That’s why we’re proud to champion intergenerational programs at our Homes, creating opportunities for our residents and young people to connect, learn and grow together.

Recently, our residents at Regis Holland Park welcomed children from Little Ducks Childcare for a day filled with joy, curiosity and connection. In a heartfelt gesture of goodwill, our residents presented the children with thoughtful gifts, including storybooks, Play-Doh, plush cushions and alphabet boards. The team at Little Ducks expressed their sincere appreciation for the kindness and generosity shown by our residents.

The children eagerly engaged with our residents, reading stories aloud and asking plenty of questions. Laughter and warmth filled the air as our residents shared their wisdom and life experiences. One of our cherished residents, Helen, captured the sentiment of the day beautifully: “It’s wonderful to be around these little ones; it reminds me of my grandchildren.”

These intergenerational moments foster a sense of purpose, joy and connection, reminding us of the value in every stage of life.
