Francesca has been working at Regis Aspley for more than a year and hasn’t looked back. Fulfilling her passion as a Lifestyle Assistant and Resident Companion, she enjoys creating connections with residents and providing the best care that she can offer.
“It gives me confidence knowing that I give 100% to every resident that I interact with,” shares Francesca.
“I’m highly motivated by providing genuine care for our residents each and every day.”
In her role she often engages with the residents’ families to seek feedback, ensuring that families feel supported and involved in their loved one’s care.
Francesca also thrives on receiving feedback herself. “Regis appreciates me by giving me opportunities to grow within my role. I am given praise for my accomplishments and advice on how to improve aspects that might need work.”
