Welcome to Regis Greenmount. Nestled in the tranquillity of the Perth Hills, Regis Greenmount is in an excellent location to relax and unwind. With five unique wings, the elevation offers stunning views towards the city and also towards the Bush.

Overlooking the Railway Reserve Historical Trail, just two minutes from the Greenmount National Park, Regis Greenmount is surrounded by attractive flora and fauna. In fact, Greenmount has one of only two heritage-listed American Cypress trees in Australia in its gardens. This tree shares our spacious grounds with a century-old Moreton Bay fig and a towering Norfolk Island pine.

Regis Greenmount offers 127 places and also features 2 Regis Reserve wings – offering TV and an in-room entertainment bundle, Wifi, dedicated dining and living areas, hairdressing, barber services and more.

Regis Classic

Available at select Regis Homes, and for a small extra charge, Regis Classic provides a range of extras including an enhanced dining experience.

Regis Reserve

Regis Reserve is available at a selection of our Homes and provides you with enhanced dining experiences, an in-room entertainment bundle and pamper services, as well as additional extras for an additional daily fee.

Payment Options

Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit (RAD), a daily payment (DAP), or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. Please call to discuss how this works.

Note, the room cost is up to a maximum of the advertised price by room type and is payable via a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) or Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP).
